At Zenior Fragrance, we value our customers and strive to provide the best quality products. Please read our exchange terms below:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange is only possible if:

    • You receive a wrong product.

    • The product is damaged/defective at the time of delivery.

Conditions

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required.

Process

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp, Email, or Social Media within 24 hours.

  2. Share clear pictures/videos of the issue.

  3. Once approved, send the product back through courier.

  4. After inspection, we will send you the correct/replacement product.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes.

  • Items bought during sale/discount offers.

  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery.
